This page explains what data is collected when you visit moradiat4.nunoseverino.pt, what it is used for and what rights you have.

1. What data is collected

This page has no forms and does not ask you for personal data in order to view it.

• Browsing data. If you accept measurement cookies, information about your visit is collected through the Meta pixel, namely pages viewed, clicks on the contact buttons, device type and approximate location. Meta associates this information with your profile when you are signed in to its services.
• Data you send us yourself. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we process your phone number, name and the content of your message in order to answer you and, where applicable, to support the purchase process.

2. What it is used for

• Answering enquiries and arranging viewings of the property.
• Measuring how this property is being promoted and showing advertising to people with similar interests.
• Meeting the legal obligations that apply to estate agency activity in Portugal.

3. Legal basis

Measurement cookies rely on your consent, given in the notice shown on your first visit and withdrawable at any time. Processing of the data you send us relies on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in replying to you.

4. Cookies

No measurement cookie is installed before you accept. If you decline, the site remains fully usable. To change your choice, clear this site data in your browser and return to this page.

5. Sharing with third parties

Your data is not sold. It is shared only with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, to the extent needed for the measurement described above, and with bodies to whom we are legally required to disclose it.

6. Retention

Contact data is kept for as long as the interest in purchasing lasts and, after that, for the period required by Portuguese estate agency legislation. Measurement data follows the retention periods set by Meta.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to nseverino@casadaportela.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
